When you create an account with Terbangs, you must provide us accurate and complete information. Failure to do so, your account  can immediate terminate. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you set up during creating account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access if you breach the Term. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately without prior notice or liability for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You cannot register a new account after termination.

Prices

Our prices are based upon our high standard of work and quality of ingredients used. All prices stated are non-negotiable. Payment secures the listed prices and prevent any further price increase except in the circumstances beyond our control.

Order

To submit an order, follow the instruction on the ordering pages of website.

1. Click "+" button on the image.

2. The item automatically to your cart and checkout.

3. You must provide the requested information for us to process your order.We reserve the right to request further information for you at any time enable us to complete  your order.

4.You will be required to choose your payment method at the time of online ordering. Cash on delivery is not accepted.

5.Upon completion your order , you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice

Cancellation

All order can be cancelled before they are fullfilled. Upon cancelation of order, any refund will be credited in 4-5 working day to customer bank.No refund cancellation once the order is fulfilled.

Storage and consumption

Our product is frozen food. All Terbangs product  need to be stored in a refrigerator , away forom heat and direct sunglight.We do recommend our terbangs product are best eaten within 1 month from delivery but they can stored up to 1 year.It is the responsibility of the customer to keepthe product in manner prescribed by us.

Delivery Conditions

Our products are to be delivered to you at a requested address. We do delivery only in Penisular Malaysia via Nationwide Express.We pack our product with ice box and ice since we are frozen food. Customer can get their product in one day after we post out.

Complaints 

We take all complaints very seriously. If you experience any problem with our product , complaints must be made within 3 days upon receiving the product. Customer need to attach tthe proof of purchase and the picture of product.

Refund Item

Customer has only 24 hours upon receiving the products to contact us for refund.We will immediately pos out the new product to customer after we inspecting the problem and product. No charge needed. All responsibility is under Terbangs Frozen Food.
